- No Returns on Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used. - Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide photo evidence of the issue.
- Replacement
