Customer satisfaction is important at Easyskull. This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which a refund or in case of returns can be issued on the items sold on our site.
Eligibility for Returns
We also accept damaged, defected, or wrong goods delivered to you. You are required to provide them with a notice within 3-5 days after receiving a defective or inaccurate level of goods including JAMB past-question booklet, suggested textbook, scientific calculator, math set, notebook, transparent exam bag and lab coat etc.
In order to be eligible for a return, items must remain untouched, in good shape, and in their original wrapping. It has to be proven that it has been purchased (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Refundable Items
Owing to the nature of academic content we cannot accept the returns of opened textbooks or used study material unless they have been received in a damaged state or with defects.
Refund Process
We shall inform you when your refund has been approved or rejected by receiving your return and checking it. Refunds approved would be transferred to your original mode of payment within a reasonable number of times.
Shipping Costs
The cost used to ship the items cannot be refunded, except when it is our fault.
